各位主管  好!
本校擬參加社團法人中國工程師學會「115年度表揚產學合作績優單位選拔活動」，請各單位協助填寫附件申請表之表二至表六，填表說明詳如附件，敬請參酌。
請各系所於3月13日(五)前，將填妥的 Word 電子檔 以 e-mail 寄至本院信箱(engineer@dragon.nchu.edu.tw )，俾利彙整後依限送校辦理後續作業。
