各位系所承辦人好！
本院謹訂於114年6月5日(四)上午10：30 假工學院會議室(應科大樓7樓) 辦理「113學年度第2學期導師會議」，
會中除邀請教務處、學務處、國際處及研發處相關人員列席共同討論及宣導師生相關業務，敬邀各位導師能撥冗出席參加。(議程詳如附件)。
會議敬備午餐，為利統計出席人數，敬請各位導師於114年5月29日(四)下班前回信或線上回覆，於教學輔導方面如有任何問題，請於線上表單意見欄位惠填卓見，俾於會中討論：

We would like to inform you that the College will be holding the "Mentors' Meeting" for the Second Semester of the 113th Academic Year on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the College of Engineering Conference Room (7th Floor, Applied Science and Technology Building).
 
We sincerely invite all mentors to take the time to attend the meeting and discuss important matters with the Office of Academic Affairs, the Office of Student Affairs, the Office of International Affairs, and the Office of Research and Development. (Please refer to the attached agenda for details.)
 
Lunch will be provided after the meeting. Kindly reply via the online form to confirm your attendance and help us keep an accurate count of participants.
Additionally, if you have any questions or suggestions regarding academic counseling, please leave a message on the online form so that we can address them during the meeting.
