【NUST徵件】115年「臺灣國立大學系統學生實驗室交換經費補助申請案」(校內申請截止日:2026年3月9日下午5:00止)

各位師長、同學您好：
    臺灣國立大學系統為加強系統內學生跨校學習，提升學生研究能力與學術風氣，推動系統內教師提供實驗室，並鼓勵學生至系統內學校之教師實驗室進行交換學習，相關獎補助規定詳如附件，煩請參閱。
Dear Professor and Students
The Taiwan National University System aims to enhance cross-campus learning among students within the system, improve students' research capabilities and academic atmosphere, and encourage faculty within the system to provide laboratory facilities. We also encourage students to participate in exchange programs within the system. The relevant subsidy regulations are as follows, please read carefully.
一、申請資格:
115年「臺灣國立大學系統學生實驗室交換經費補助申請案」，本計畫申請對象資格須符合以下條件：
1.本系統成員校：國立彰化師範大學、國立聯合大學、國立高雄大學、國立嘉義大學、國立中興大學、國立暨南國際大學、國立臺中教育大學、國立雲林科技大學、國立勤益科技大學、國立臺灣體育運動大學、國立虎尾科技大學、國立金門大學、國立東華大學、臺北市立大學、國立宜蘭大學。
2.本系統所屬之專任及專案教師與學生。		 1. Application conditions:
2026 Student Laboratory Exchange Program of NUST System applicants for this program must meet the following conditions:
i Members of the relevant school: National Changhua University of Education、National United University、National University of Kaohsiung、National Chiayi University、National Chung Hsing University、National Chi Nan University、National Taichung University of Education、National Yunlin University of Science and Technology、National Chin-Yi University of Technology、National Taiwan University of Sport、National Formosa University、National Quemoy University、National Dong Hwa University、University of Taipei、National Ilan University.
ii Full-time and project teachers and students of NUST system.
二、校內申請截止時間：115年3月9日(一)下午17時 2. The internal deadline: March 09, 2026 (MON) at 5:00 p.m.
三、申請方式、文件及程序:
3.1於本(115)年3月9日(一)下午5時前，檢送「臺灣國立大學系統學生實驗室交換申請表」經「系所主管 (核章)」及「臺灣國立大學系統學生實驗室交換受訪同意書」經「受訪教師及受訪系所、受訪學校研究發展處承辦人 (核章)」之紙本各1份送至計畫業務組林芊妤小姐(連絡電話04-22840205#709)，俾彙整後進行審查，另電子檔(含word及pdf)請傳送至chienyu709@nchu.edu.tw。
 
3.2請填寫Google表單:https://forms.gle/io5gu6xCtehxJUEz8		 3.Application documents and procedures：
3.1 Before 5:00 pm on March 09, 2026 (MON), submit the "National University System of Taiwan Student Laboratory Exchange Application Form" to the "National University System of Taiwan Student Laboratory Exchange Application Form" and the "Consent Form for Student Laboratory Exchange in the National Taiwan University System" (stamped by the interviewee teacher, the interviewee department/institute, and the coordinator of the Research and Development Office of the interviewee university) to Ms. Lin of the Research and Development Office of NCHU before 5:00 pm on March 09, 2026 (Monday), so that it can be reviewed after compilation.(telephone number 04-22840205#709) for review after compilation, and an electronic file (including WORD and PDF) please send to chienyu709@nchu.edu.tw
