晶元光電致力於培育光電領域人才，提供在學學生獎助學金！
提出申請通過審查者，每學年可獲得高額獎助學金（12萬到24萬不等），
並與業師建立連結，提前掌握產業趨勢、建立企業人脈！
學生畢業後即至晶元光電任職(1:1的服務年限)，畢業季不再焦慮求職，
