「學士生攻讀研究所獎勵」及「柏源獎學金」獎勵申請案，材料系同學請於2/25前將資料送至系辦以利作業。

 
1.       113學年度工學院「學士生攻讀研究所獎勵」及「柏源獎學金」獎勵申請：請各系所協助彙整學生之註冊繳費單及學生證正面影本送回本院，俾辦理獎勵金撥款事宜。

2.       114學年度「工學院學士生攻讀研究所獎勵」推薦申請：請各系所將符合申請資格之學生資料送本院辦理後續審核事宜。
3.       114學年度「工學院柏源獎學金」推薦申請：請各系公告周知並協助彙整學生之申請書、歷年成績單及班級導師或社團指導老師推薦函(推薦函格式不拘)等相關資料送回本院遴選。

Please ensure that all required documents are submitted to the College of Engineering by 5:00 PM, Monday, March 3, 2025.
 
1.        Scholarship Disbursement for the 113th Academic Year
l   Required Materials: Tuition payment receipts and photocopies of the front side of student ID cards from the recipient students. (Please refer to the attached file: 11203 Academic Committee Meeting Minutes.pdf for the list of recipients.)
2.        New Application for the 114th Academic Year: Undergraduate Application for the College of Engineering Graduate Studies Scholarship
l   Required Materials: Completed application form for undergraduates applying to study in the graduate school of the College of Engineering.
3.        New Application for the 114th Academic Year: Bo Yuan Scholarship
l   Required Materials: Application forms, transcripts of records, and recommendation letters from class advisors or club supervisors (no specific format required).
