各位師及博後好:
 
本(115)年度學術研究績效獎勵將於5/29(五)下午5時截逾時未申請視同放棄,請查照轉知。
 
1.本處業於115年4月30日興研字第1150801364號公告受理學術研究績效獎勵申請,合先敘明。
 
  (1) 專任教師及博後研究員:若尚未申請,或已暫存申請資料但尚未送出者,請於529(五)下午5時前完成
       線上申請程序,無須列印申請表及辦理核章作業,
       惟為避免學研網系統壅塞,請盡早提出申請,若未依期限內提出申請,視同放棄。
 
  (2)兼任、合聘、客座教授:
       將申請表、論檔及效期聘書等資料email所屬單位彙整後再送研發處,請申請單位於5/29(五)前
       email研發處學術發展組楊姐(Email:liyingyang@nchu.edu.tw)。
 
 
2.除「人文社會科學領域優良期刊論文」、「專書論」、「學術專書」等類別須檢附佐證外,
   其餘類別原則免附 。博士後研究員另須檢附聘函影本或電子檔
 
3.凡發表在 MDPI 及 Frontiers 等出版社發期刊,僅限獎勵 Q1 期刊,
 
4.醫學院依校級「教學研究合作協議書」聘任之員,其所需經費得由所屬教學醫院支應;循環經濟研究學院聘任之人員,由所屬學院支應。

Dear Professors and Postdoctoral Researchers,
 
The application deadline for the 2026 (115th Academic Year) Academic Research Performance Award is Friday,
May 29, at 5:00 PM. Late applications will be regarded as forfeited. Please be informed and share this notice
accordingly.
 
1. Our office has announced the open call for applications in official document Ref. No. 1150801364 dated  April 30, 2026
 
(1) Full-time faculty and postdoctoral researchers:
If you have not yet applied or have saved your application but not submitted it, please complete the application
process through the system by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 29.
There is no need to print out the application form or go through the seal verification process.
To avoid system congestion, please submit your application as early as possible. Late applications will be
regarded as forfeited.
 
(2) Part-time, jointly appointed, and visiting professors:
Please email the application form, electronic copies of papers, appointment letter, and other relevant documents to
your affiliated unit for consolidation. The unit should then forward the complete package to the Office of R&D.
All materials should be sent via email to Ms. Liying Yang, Division of Academic Affairs, Office of R&D
(Email: liyingyang@nchu.edu.tw) by Friday, May 29.
 
2. Except for the categories of “Outstanding Humanities and Social Sciences Journal Articles,” “Book Chapters,” and “Academic Books,” supporting documents are generally not required for other categories.
Postdoctoral researchers are additionally required to provide a copy or electronic file of their appointment letter.
 
3. For articles published in journals issued by publishers such as MDPI and Frontiers, only Q1 journals are eligible for incentives.
 
4. For personnel appointed by the College of Medicine under the university-level “Teaching and Research Cooperation Agreement,” the required funding may be supported by the affiliated teaching hospital.
For personnel appointed by the College of Circulation and Circular Economy, the required funding shall be supported by the affiliated college.
