上述各項獎項申請者皆須具台灣磨粒加工學會會員資格，學會官網(請按此)，欲申請學會獎項者，請於8/19(星期一)下班前將推薦表單正本及佐證資料(採A4格式、雙面印製)紙本送至院辦彙辦。

Applicants of the awards must be the members of TSAT, for more information, please visit the society's website (click here). Those who wish to apply for the society's awards must submit the original recommendation form and supporting documents (in A4 double-sided printing) to the COE office by August 19th (Monday).
